Being asked to photograph families again is something I never take for granted.

Especially when those clients have become friends, and the camera feels more like a guest than a focus.

This session happened after dinner for a milestone birthday and when everyone was already relaxed and together.

The best kind of timing.

The light was soft, the energy easy, and nothing needed to be rushed or arranged.

Four kids doing what kids do best.

Grandparents stepping in and out of the moments, soaking it all up. No stiff posing, just real connection and shared time.

These are the kinds of images that grow more meaningful as the years pass.

The ones that remind you how it felt to be together, not just how it looked.

Warm, honest, and full of life.

Exactly as it should be.
